ASICS GT-1000 13 Shoes Tear at Toe After 200 Miles of Use

On August 24, 2025, I purchased a pair of ASICS GT-1000 13 running shoes from Marlin Spor After using the shoes for approximately five months and around 200 kilometers in total, a tear developed in the toe area. I do not consider this level of wear normal given the relatively short usage time and moderate running distance.
I sent the shoes to the company for inspection, and a report was created under form number 1-31973, with the product recorded under code 1011B951-300. After the review, my claim was denied on the grounds that the issue was not caused by a manufacturing defect. However, considering the duration of use and total running distance, I do not find this conclusion fair or satisfactory.
To resolve the issue I have experienced, I request that my running shoes be evaluated as defective and that a replacement be provided.

I realize that Asics is pure regret and disappointment. Their shoes are defective and they didn't even get in touch with me. I have also appealed to the Arbitration Committee. I will never use Asics again, never.
