ASICS Gel-Kayano Interior Peeling After Only 8 Months of Limited Use

About eight months ago, I purchased a pair of ASICS Gel-Kayano sneakers from the ASICS store at İstinyePark Mall. Despite wearing them only 1–2 days per week for an average of about 30 minutes per day, significant peeling has developed on the inside of the shoes. I noticed this issue about a month ago, and considering how infrequently the shoes have been used, I do not believe this level of deterioration is normal or acceptable.

Considering the price of the shoes as well, I believe this type of damage is a product quality issue rather than the result of user error. I have not yet taken the shoes to the store for inspection because I believe this defect has existed from the beginning and should be evaluated as a product-related issue.

I request that ASICS replace the Gel-Kayano shoes I purchased from the İstinyePark store with a new pair at no additional cost. I kindly ask that my complaint be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
