ASICS Gel Kayano 31 Heel Damage After 5 Months Of Light Use
On November 14, 2025, I purchased ASICS Gel Kayano 31 shoes from the official ASICS website for $240. Trusting the brand’s reputation and the price I paid, I expected to use these shoes comfortably for several years. However, despite using them only for daily activities, mostly in an office environment, the heel areas started to break apart within 5 months.
I do not accept that a product from a premium brand like ASICS would deteriorate this quickly without any intensive sports use. The shoes were not exposed to heavy conditions, yet they developed serious damage in a short time.
I expected long-term durability from ASICS, but this experience has been disappointing. I request a satisfactory explanation regarding this issue, a proper inspection of the product, and repair if possible, or preferably a replacement.
