Asics Gel Kayano 30 Torn After 5-6 Runs – Exchange Denied by Store

After just 5-6 runs, both the right and left shoes of my Asics Gel Kayano 30 have developed tears in the upper area. I've been running for years with different models, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I bought the shoes from the Sportive store in Eskişehir, and after sending them for inspection, my request for an exchange was denied.

It’s disappointing that a shoe marketed for road running shows such damage after minimal use. This problem is something I’ve never encountered before, and it’s definitely not what I expected from either the Asics or Sportive brands. I’m attaching pictures for reference. I believe this issue should be addressed, and the product replaced.
