I Face Inner Lining Tear Issue with Asics Magic Speed 4 Running Shoes

I purchased a pair of Asics Magic Speed 4 running shoes from Sportive less than a year ago. I only used them for running, yet after a few months the inner lining around the big toe area started to tear. Shortly after, the fabric in that section also began to deteriorate. This issue became noticeable about three weeks ago, so I sent the shoes in for warranty inspection. Unfortunately, the response I received stated that there was “no manufacturing defect” and my request was rejected.

I paid around ₺6500 for these shoes, expecting premium quality and durability from Asics. It is extremely frustrating that such an expensive performance shoe has worn out in such a short time with normal usage. A product at this price point should not fall apart after limited running sessions.

I strongly request that Asics take responsibility for this issue and replace my defective Magic Speed 4 shoes under warranty. Customers deserve reliable products and fair treatment when defects occur.
