ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 Manufacturing Defect Complaint

On September 6, 2026, I purchased a pair of ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 shoes from the ASICS store in Istinye. I have only worn the shoes four times so far. Despite the limited use, I noticed a noticeable difference and gap in the silver-colored section on the upper of one shoe compared with the other. As shown in the photo I submitted, I would like to know whether this is a normal design detail or an issue related to manufacturing or workmanship.

Since I encountered this issue despite using the product only a few times, I request that the matter be inspected and that the shoes be replaced if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing or workmanship defect.
