Asics Doesn't Stand By Its Faulty Shoes



We purchased Asics Dynablast running shoes for my son from the SPX store. Even though he didn't use them much, they started to unravel within the first month. We immediately took them back to SPX. Asics reviewed the shoes and determined it was due to user error. I trusted this brand for its quality. My son used to prefer Asics for all his footwear, including tennis shoes. However, now he doesn't want Asics anymore either. I ended up getting my shoes repaired at a local shoe shop. It was another shock for me to learn that Asics only offers a 6-month warranty.
