My Son's Asics Tennis Shoes Fell Apart in Just 3 Months

We bought a pair of Asics tennis shoes for my son on May 5, 2024, and in just three months, the inner lining completely ripped apart. The shoes have become rigid and uncomfortable, resulting in painful blisters on his feet. We took them back to the store, but they simply dismissed it as a 'user error' and declined to provide an exchange or refund. The product's performance and quality are disappointingly subpar and fail to justify the exorbitant price we paid.
