Ashley Stewart Customer Service Disrespectful & Unhelpful
Ashley Stewart is failing to meet expectations. A few days ago, my order arrived intact. But to my dismay, as soon as I unwrapped the package, a foul smell permeated the entire room. Initially, I suspected that the scent could be originating from the box, so I decided to let the clothes breathe outside for half an hour. However, the smell only slightly decreased. I contacted customer service right away to ask for a return label. The customer service representative recommended increasing ventilation for the clothes and advised washing them as a last option to eliminate the odor. It's frustrating to have to go through so many unnecessary steps. Ensuring that the service and products you offer are of high quality is essential considering the payment made. Although I did receive the return label, I must say that the customer service representative's behavior was quite unpleasant and disrespectful.
