Ashley Stewart Dress Quality Decline - Delicate Fabrics & Torn Seams
Ashley Stewart has always been my preferred store for shopping, and I've been a dedicated customer for approximately 4 years, particularly enjoying the convenience of ordering from their online store. But lately, their dresses have been noticeably lacking in quality. Once known for their stylish and sophisticated dresses, their current selection appears to consist of delicate pieces that bear a striking resemblance to satin curtains. I was really disappointed with my most recent order. After wearing the dress only a few times, it, unfortunately, tore at the back seam after just one wash. Currently, I am unable to allocate time for handling return processes. In addition, it is highly probable that customer service will attempt to downplay my complaint by attributing it to user error.
