Asana Rebel Renewed My Subscription Without Warning or Any Notification
Asana Rebel took £68.99 from me without any warning—no email, no notification, absolutely nothing! I was completely unaware that my subscription was set to renew, and I find that quite unacceptable. It's really disappointing and seems unjust that they couldn't provide a basic reminder about an upcoming charge. I haven't used the app in months since I found it unhelpful, so this charge was completely unexpected. When I reached out to their customer service, I was met with nothing but an apology and a generic reply regarding their "strict renewal policy," which appears to be their standard approach. Honestly, that’s not the standard for excellent customer service. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from them. Avoid the trouble.
