I was charged by Asana Rebel even after cancelling my trial—how can I dispute this unexpected subscription fee?

If you cancelled your trial of Asana Rebel and were still charged, make sure that the renewal was actually canceled in your account settings. You can do this in the App Store, Google Play, or on the Asana Rebel website.

If the charge happened even though the appointment was canceled, contact Asana Rebel's help through the "Submit a request" form in their Help Center.

Give your account email address, the date you cancelled, and proof of the charge, and make it clear that you want to be refunded the extra fee.

In the event that you joined through iOS or Android and were still billed, you can also ask Apple or Google for a refund.
