Asana Rebel Charged Me £68.99 Without Notice or an Active Apple Subscription

Asana Rebel's rather poor service is quite frustrating. Like many others, I registered for a lower price and was charged £68.99 a year later without any explanation. Not one reminder email or follow-up, hence I was totally ignorant. Besides that, my Apple account shows no current subscription, yet they charged me more than twice the original cost. Any reasonable corporation would at least email you to let you know about an approaching charge, but I got nothing. I got an automatic reply when I called customer assistance. To be honest, dealing with them has been annoying. I would not advise handling them. Simply said, the effort is not justified.
