Omo App Automatically Renewed My Subscription, Refused to Refund Me
Omo App is quite a rip-off overall. It automatically renews subscriptions without warning, and they deny refunds when you try to request one. Avoid this software! I never meant for my subscription to auto-renew. I seldom used it outside the first month and only paid for the first three months as a trial. It didn't help, so I moved on. Then I bought a new phone and totally forgot about the app until I happened to randomly check my email and discovered I had been charged once again. Startled, I quickly canceled my subscription—which I had overlooked even existed—and contacted customer support about a refund. Naturally, though, they offered their typical justification: "It's against our policies." No flexibility or responsibility, just a money grab.
