Warranty Excludes Arzum Multikitchen Robot's Plastic Part
Good evening, approximately two years ago, we purchased the Arzum multi-kitchen robot. After only 3-4 uses, a part where the mixer attachments are inserted broke. We were told that it was not covered by the warranty, and we purchased a new part for an additional fee. We bought this new part just six months ago. Recently, after only one use, the same breakage occurred again. When contacting the service, we were again told that we need to buy a new part. The first time, they said, "you probably used it a lot" or "used the product for too long." Now, the service claims that the problem is that the dough is too thick or mixed too intensively. As if we were mixing concrete with a mixer. We regret buying an Arzum product. When we mention the problems with a product that breaks so quickly, the service refuses to respond.
