Arzum Blender Making a Disturbing Noise
I purchased an Arzum blender. Since I live alone, I don't use it frequently. One day, while using it, I noticed that the device started operating with a very loud noise. I stopped using it. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the rotating mechanism had worn out and couldn't properly connect with the bottom set when it rotates. I took it to an authorized service center before the warranty expired. Despite the ongoing warranty, I was told that some parts needed replacement and was offered to pay almost half the cost of a new device. We trust the brand when purchasing products, and even for a short-lived malfunctioning device, they ask us to pay. Very disappointing. If Arzum acts this way, how can we trust warranty concepts?

When I went to the authorized service, they told me that the beater adapter needed to be replaced and the lower assembly part of the main body also needed to be replaced and repaired. Relevant images are attached.
My problem has been resolved. Thanks to those concerned.
