My Airfryer Basket Rusted Twice - I Was Denied Replacement by Arzum



I bought an Arzum Airfryer, however the basket rusted twice in a short amount of time. They gladly replaced it the first time I sent it in. But they still wouldn't assist when the identical issue arose a second time, citing the product's expiration date as the reason. I can't believe a company like Arzum can't guarantee the quality of a product they make in-house. My concerns were totally disregarded, even though I asked for a refund or a full product replacement. It seems that Arzum is solely concerned with generating a transaction and has no regard for the consumers' needs thereafter. Never before have I witnessed such irresponsible actions from a business. I deeply regret going with Arzum because this whole ordeal has eroded my faith in the brand.
