Arzum AR1058 Kitchen Robot Parts Broke and Not Covered By Warranty

About two weeks ago, three parts of my Arzum AR1058 kitchen robot — the chopper, whisk, and blender attachments — broke. I took the product to the authorized service center. There, instead of a technician, a secretary briefly inspected the product and stated that the damage was due to user error, so the broken parts could not be replaced free of charge under warranty. However, I have used the product carefully and did not expect such a malfunction to occur. I do not accept the claim that this is user error and the refusal of a free replacement. My invoice number is DBT2023000366579. The product is still under warranty, and I have never experienced a similar issue before. I request that the broken parts be replaced free of charge under warranty.
