On October 23, I purchased an Arzum Listo Iron AR6021 through Trendyol from Arzum’s official seller, and before the warranty expired, the product broke down and completely stopped working. On June 17, I took it to the Ankara Keçiören Umut Technical Service, where I was told after the repair that the thermostat had been replaced. I received my iron back on June 26, but when I started using it, I noticed that it overheated even at the lowest temperature setting, which burned my clothes. When I returned it to the same service on July 18, I was told “there is no problem” and it was handed back to me. During this process, I also contacted customer service, and although they said a complaint record would be created, I never received any response. I was unable to use the iron for a long time, and when I tried again today, it burned my shirt once more. My product is still under warranty (order number: 9239207662, purchase price: ₺979). The same problem occurs every time I use it, and my grievance has not been resolved. Because of this negative experience, I will no longer choose the Arzum brand. I request a permanent solution to this issue with my iron, either through a product replacement or a refund if necessary.
