Arena of Valor Fails to Credit Event Rewards and Fix Broken Summoning Pouch Bug

I was supposed to receive the new rewards recently added to Arena of Valor, but none were credited to my account. Despite completing all the event requirements, the rewards aren't appearing in-game, and no compensation has been provided.

Additionally, the summoning pouch feature in the game refuses to open. Because this feature is broken for all players—not just me—we cannot access our in-game rewards and feel completely shortchanged.

I demand that the in-game system function properly, that all the new rewards I earned alongside those from the summoning pouch be fully credited to my account, and that an official explanation be provided regarding this disruption.
