I've been playing Arena of Valor since 2018, and after years of dedication, unlocking dozens of heroes, skins, and earning rewards through countless hours of gameplay, I returned to find that everything is gone. My account now appears like a brand new account — no heroes, no skins, no emblems — absolutely nothing I earned remains.
This is extremely frustrating and disheartening. I invested years of effort into building my account, and it’s unacceptable that all that progress has vanished without warning. I’ve tried logging in properly, using my old account, but it still shows as empty.
