My Cooling Product Order Was Canceled By Arçelik Due to Stock Issues

I purchased a product from Arçelik's official website, and as shown in the attached image, my order status was "being prepared." However, three days later, a representative from one of their dealers called to inform me that the product was out of stock. When I called Arçelik's customer service, they acknowledged the issue and assured me it would be resolved. A week later, they told me they had to cancel my order and offered a discount coupon as an apology.
I believe this situation occurred because the price of the cooling product increased significantly during the summer season. This conduct is entirely unbefitting of Arçelik. How can they list a product as available on their official site when it's out of stock? I could have bought the same product from another place at a similar price, but I chose Arçelik because I trusted it to be cheaper and more reliable. Now, the prices have increased drastically, nearly 80% more than what I would have paid originally. They think a 12% discount coupon is a sufficient remedy for this situation. I can't understand how Arçelik has grown so large while disregarding customer satisfaction.
I was just called by the Kurtköy dealer, and they told me they would fulfill my order. If and when I receive my order, I will provide another update.
