My Arçelik Washing Machine Still Undelivered

December 5, 2023, was the day I bought a Washing Machine from the Ankara Antares Arçelik store. Yet, the device has not arrived yet. After trying to reach out to both the store and Arçelik customer service several times, we still haven't gotten a solution. They assure us of a response but end up not delivering, without providing any resolution. We still haven't received the machine, and we're on the verge of making the third installment payment. We need it to be delivered before we can use it. No details were given regarding the reason for the delay in delivery or the expected delivery date.
