I bought a dryer, washing machine, and refrigerator from Arçelik, paying in advance on May 9, 2024. I requested the products to be delivered on July 29, 2024. However, 13 days have passed, and they still haven't sent the items. I keep receiving conflicting excuses. The dealer blames the authorized service, saying, "there is nothing we can do," while the service claims the issue is with the dealer. The dealer even alleges that the authorized service is unaware of the situation. They neither refund my money nor deliver the products. To make matters worse, they mockingly suggest buying another product, claiming they'll send it. I have decided to pursue my legal rights.
