Arçelik 9124N Washing Machine Delivery Delay Complaint

I bought an Arçelik 9124N washing machine with cash about a month ago, but it hasn't been delivered yet. I've made several attempts to contact Arçelik Customer Services in order to open service requests, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response at all. We have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone, and the location of the machine remains uncertain. The link they shared displays the work order status as "waiting for the product to reach the service" for an extended period of time.
