My Arçelik Dryer Has Been Malfunctioning Since January Despite Multiple Repairs
The Arçelik dryer purchased on 24/12/2022 has been malfunctioning since January 13. It has been serviced 4 times, 2 times home service came and many parts were changed but the problem is still not solved. The laundry dries but the machine does not stop working for hours. Repairs and part replacement did not solve the problem. The same problem continues. Is the Arçelik brand so incapable of replacing a faulty machine with so many problems? We have a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
