I purchased the Arçelik 8103 YCM washing machine a few years ago from the Arçelik dealer in Pangaltı, Istanbul. In the third year of use, rust began to appear on various parts of the machine, and the paint started to peel off. This issue has continued to worsen over time. What especially caught my attention is that I bought a Bosch dryer at the same time, used in the same environment, and it has had no problems at all—this issue has occurred only with the Arçelik washing machine. I previously contacted the service center, but since the warranty had expired, they said no support could be provided. Moreover, the service staff could not explain the cause of the rusting. My machine has no functional issues, but it is deteriorating while standing still, which is very frustrating. I expected better material quality. I leave the decision on the solution to your company, but I kindly request that the necessary care be taken to prevent such problems from happening again.

"From the day my problem started, my interactions with Arçelik customer service have always been positive. First of all, I would like to thank them very much. Also, the authorized service at Soyak Emar in Istanbul is amazing. They solved my problem and gave approval—thousands of thanks to the authorized service there. However, the authorized service in Istanbul Ataşehir is quite inconsiderate, uninterested, and does not even take into account the directions from customer service. They responded to me by saying, 'There is no problem with your machine, we are not coming, just so you know,' and they do not care about the customer at all. It is an authorized service that does not add value to the Arçelik brand. Fortunately, my problem was solved with the Soyak Emar service. I would like to thank the Arçelik customer representatives for their patience and understanding in helping me get through this period calmly and for their close attention to my problem.
