My Arçelik 8103 YCM Washing Machine Started Rusting After Three Years




I purchased the Arçelik 8103 YCM washing machine a few years ago from the Arçelik dealer in Pangaltı, Istanbul. In the third year of use, rust began to appear on various parts of the machine, and the paint started to peel off. This issue has continued to worsen over time. What especially caught my attention is that I bought a Bosch dryer at the same time, used in the same environment, and it has had no problems at all—this issue has occurred only with the Arçelik washing machine. I previously contacted the service center, but since the warranty had expired, they said no support could be provided. Moreover, the service staff could not explain the cause of the rusting. My machine has no functional issues, but it is deteriorating while standing still, which is very frustrating. I expected better material quality.
