Arçelik 10123 D Washing Machine Keeps Malfunctioning Despite Multiple Service Calls

All electronic appliances in our home are from the Arçelik brand, including our Arçelik 10123 D model washing machine, which has been causing continuous problems since the day of purchase. We've had nearly twenty service visits due to various issues. Initially, it leaked water from the detergent drawer during wash cycles. The service technician stated that the detergent drawer was not compatible with this model and replaced it. Later, rust developed on the machine's side due to water leaking from the detergent drawer. The rusted side and front panel were replaced after sending it back to the factory. Despite cleaning the drum with the recommended powder for boiler cleaning, clothes still come out with a dirty smell after washing. Subsequently, the machine started ending cycles prematurely while clothes were still inside. One service technician claimed no issues were found, while another suggested the machine shut down due to low electrical current in the Kayaşehir area, leaving without any resolution. Due to ongoing complaints, we called for service again. This time, the technician identified a problem with the machine's brain and replaced it. Recently, we noticed that the fabric softener used did not leave any scent on the washed clothes, and upon inquiry, we discovered that the machine was mixing fabric softener with detergent during wash cycles, rendering our fabric softener useless. The technician found that the main wash water intake was leaking, prompting replacement of the detergent compartment. Since purchase, despite using high-quality detergent, fabric softener, and limescale filter, we haven't received the expected performance from this Arçelik machine, which has undergone multiple part replacements and does not live up to the Arçelik brand's reputation. We urgently request a replacement with a trouble-free washing machine.

"From the day my problem started, my interactions with Arçelik customer service have always been positive. First of all, I would like to thank them very much. Also, the authorized service at Soyak Emar in Istanbul is amazing. They solved my problem and gave approval—thousands of thanks to the authorized service there. However, the authorized service in Istanbul Ataşehir is quite inconsiderate, uninterested, and does not even take into account the directions from customer service. They responded to me by saying, 'There is no problem with your machine, we are not coming, just so you know,' and they do not care about the customer at all. It is an authorized service that does not add value to the Arçelik brand. Fortunately, my problem was solved with the Soyak Emar service. I would like to thank the Arçelik customer representatives for their patience and understanding in helping me get through this period calmly and for their close attention to my problem.
