I have been experiencing constant power failure issues with my Arçelik 9262 SB dishwasher for about a year. Each time the problem occurs, I call for service and the main board is replaced under warranty, but the same fault returns shortly after. The most recent failure happened on Monday, and when the service team came, they asked about the previous visit, and since we didn’t know, they left. I then called customer service, and another service team was sent. Without even coming to check, they ordered a new main board, which they installed today. Afterward, they called from my spouse’s phone saying they would take the machine away. I explained that I had already requested a replacement and that my request was recorded with customer service, but the technician insisted that a replacement could not be done. Instead, he said if the main board was replaced and the issue continued, they would take the machine to change the cables. Since Monday, we have been unable to use the dishwasher, and yet the service team left it in the middle of the kitchen with the cables and water pipes exposed, without even leaving a service form. I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot accept such poor service from a corporate brand like Arçelik. For the dishwasher I purchased in 2019, which is still covered by extended warranty, I demand a permanent solution to this recurring fault, a full replacement of the machine, and an urgent apology for the inconvenience I have suffered.

The machine does not get power, and they keep replacing the motherboard, but the problem comes back after two days. The last technician, after changing the motherboard three times, said they would now replace the motherboard, motor, and electrical group altogether. They did the replacement, came back, plugged it in, and it still didn’t work. They themselves experienced that they couldn’t get the product they repaired to run, which is such a ridiculous situation. Then they said they would handle the necessary process for a replacement and left. Today I called again, and although our machine hasn’t been working for 10–12 days, when I asked about the replacement, they told me the request had been closed. It’s really like a bad joke. Has Koç Group really dropped in quality this much? The service brings back my machine, can’t even get it to work, and then the request is closed. What a disgraceful situation, pushing the limits of absurdity. I am also sharing this with the service department—here you go, I’ll leave the comment to you.

When I asked about the replacement status, they said the request was closed. Unbelievable things are happening. Has Koç Group really lowered its quality this much? The team that repaired and brought my machine can’t get it to work, and then the request gets closed. How sad is this situation? They keep breaking new ground in nonsense.
