Arçelik Damaged My 12140 MXA Washing Machine and Refuses Replacement



I am filing a complaint regarding a service issue with my Arçelik 12140 MXA washing machine. The product is under warranty, and about three days ago, the Arçelik service in Mardin/Kızıltepe intervened. During the service process, the machine’s door was broken by the team. After this incident, the service staff submitted a repair request and ordered a replacement part. However, I do not want my product to be repaired; instead, I am requesting an exchange with a new 10140 MP OG model. I also contacted customer service and conveyed my demand for a replacement, yet the service has already initiated the repair process. I do not accept the repair of a product I purchased for ₺38,000 due to damage caused by the service itself. I insist that my washing machine be replaced with the 10140 MP OG model as requested.
