Arçelik Authorized Service Overcharging
I experienced an overcharging issue with the Arçelik authorized service. When the heating element of my washing machine malfunctioned, I called for service, and they demanded ₺3,100 for replacement. Refusing this offer, I discovered the same quality part costs ₺250. I opted for an independent technician who charged me a total of ₺1,000 for the same job, without any issues. Additionally, an unjust ₺400 service fee was levied upon me. I refuse to accept this situation and am disappointed by the conduct of such a large company.
