I deeply regret buying an Arçelik television. The TV keeps turning itself off and on, won’t open apps, and even when it does, nothing loads. I have to unplug and plug it back in every single time. Every day, the same issue. It’s incredibly frustrating when a basic function like turning on the TV becomes a daily struggle. I bought this TV expecting reliability, but it has only brought me stress. The service team came and checked it multiple times, and in the end, they blamed it on the antenna. I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve had enough. I’m planning to file a complaint with consumer rights and every other place I can. I will never go near the Arçelik brand again. What a shame for the money I paid.
