Arçelik RS 9221 Robot Vacuum Mapping Error


Hello, in February, I purchased the RS 9221 model robot vacuum from an Arçelik dealer. The vacuum constantly deletes its map and spins aimlessly in place. I previously contacted the service center for the same issue, but they claimed no fault was found. Now, I've sent it for service again, but they're stating there's still no issue. Additionally, they're using language implying they won't look into the device unless I approach the Consumer Arbitration Board. They're neither taking responsibility nor providing assistance. Even the owner of the Arçelik dealership where I bought it mentioned experiencing the same problem with the same product. This could indicate a series-wide issue. I request a replacement for the product, but I can't find anyone to address my concerns.
