Arçelik Refrigerator I Bought Broke in 35 Days and Refund Is Delayed


We purchased the Arçelik refrigerator with the code 278550 from the store 35 days ago after our previous Arçelik refrigerator broke down. Since we were without a refrigerator, we wanted it delivered as soon as possible. However, due to a lack of staff in the service team, it took an entire week to finally have it delivered to our home, even though I had written about this issue before. The refrigerator worked for just 35 days before breaking down, causing everything in the freezer to spoil. We informed them that we did not want this product and would like to choose a different model. However, the model we liked was out of stock, and we were told to look for another product. At this point, we decided to avoid Arçelik entirely and requested a refund for our purchase. Despite this, we are still waiting for the refund and cannot even get any information about when it will be processed. We do not expect anything further from Arçelik. I just want my money back as soon as possible so I can buy a refrigerator from another brand. The ₺39,000 product I purchased is now useless, and I am left without a solution.
