My Arçelik 283720MB Fridge Stopped Cooling

Hello, since June 5th, our Arçelik 283720MB refrigerator has been giving an extra temperature warning and stopped cooling. We immediately contacted the service, and they said a card replacement was necessary. We agreed and were asked for an extra fee, then ordered the card. They initially promised to come on June 8th to replace the card, but later said they couldn't come due to stock issues. They didn't provide any specific date, leaving us stranded. It's unacceptable for a big brand like Arçelik to provide such service. Everything in our fridge spoiled, and unfortunately, we can't use it at home right now. Arçelik fell short of our expectations and left us disappointed. Poor service like this is something we never expected from a company like Arçelik. We demand the part to arrive soonest and the issue to be resolved.
