Arçelik Refuses Free Filter Replacement for My SD 9161 Vacuum Under Warranty
I have been using the Arçelik SD 9161 upright vacuum cleaner for about 12 months, and for the past 6 months, I have experienced a significant decrease in suction power. Despite regularly cleaning the filter, the problem persisted. I then contacted the authorized service center in Ankara Etlik, where I was informed that the filter replacement for my product, which is still under warranty, would be charged. When I refused the paid filter replacement, a service fee was demanded, and my issue was left unresolved. I also learned that many other users of the same model have faced similar problems and requested free filter replacements. I am likewise requesting Arçelik to replace the filter free of charge for my product that is still under warranty.
