Arçelik Refused to Replace My Telve TKM 9961 B Coffee Pots Despite Warranty

I purchased the Arçelik TKM 9961 S Telve coffee machine hoping for a smooth experience, but it has been a source of frustration from the very beginning. The machine just doesn’t brew coffee at all. I reached out to technical support, and they assured me that the device was functioning properly. However, once it got back home, it couldn't brew a single decent cup. The outcome was a lukewarm, incomplete coffee that I had to warm up on the stove as if it were the 90s. I didn't invest in a modern coffee machine just to brew my coffee manually. It's disappointing to encounter this kind of problem after relying on a reputable brand. I request that Arçelik either provide a complete refund or a suitable replacement at the earliest opportunity.
