Arçelik Failed on Promises and After-Sales Support for My Faulty Refrigerator

I'm really disappointed with my experience with Arçelik. They dropped the ball on their promises and after-sales support. To top it off, they installed a faulty screw that just made everything worse. I reached out initially, and they assured me they'd follow up, but I haven't received any response since then. When I followed up later, they told me that too much time had gone by and now I would have to cover the repair costs myself. I even attempted to tackle it on my own by taking off the covers, but the star screws they used were stripped, which made it impossible. I'm really regretting my decision to buy this refrigerator from them; it's become a total hassle. I'm disappointed and wish I hadn't chosen to purchase from them.
