Arçelik Sold Me a Faulty Fridge and Now Ignores My Complaint
I purchased a brand-new refrigerator from Arçelik two months ago and began using it a month later. Shortly after, the door started to emit odd sounds, and then the finish began to flake off. One day, the whole door just came off, and my kitchen turned into a disaster. I reached out to Arçelik hoping for assistance, but they seemed indifferent to addressing my problem. It’s disappointing to experience this level of service after investing so much in what was advertised as their newest model. I wasn't looking for flawless service, but I certainly didn't anticipate being overlooked. It seems that after the sale is completed, the customer is no longer a priority. I deeply regret my decision to go with Arçelik for such an important household item.
