Arçelik Built-in Oven Paint Started Peeling - No Warranty Coverage

I bought an Arçelik built-in triple set, but while it was still under warranty, the oven's paint started peeling off. I use the product very rarely, at most four times in a year, or maybe not at all. As a result, it did not get dirty, and I did not use any detergent for cleaning. When the Arçelik authorized service team came, they claimed that the issue was not covered under warranty and was due to user error. They also stated that the replacement would only be done for a fee. I deeply regret purchasing this product and do not recommend Arçelik products at all. I am calling on Arçelik officials to acknowledge their mistake and resolve this issue.
