Arçelik Refrigerator Paint Peeling Issue
Hello, I've bought the majority of my home furniture from Arçelik. I purchased a full range of Arçelik appliances and I deeply regret my decision. My refrigerator just hit its one-year mark, but the paint is already peeling off. We bought the product in Inox colour, and when the service came to inspect it, they informed us that this issue could occur in many of our products, but unfortunately, it is not covered by the warranty. The engineers vehemently deny it, they stated. Well, it's quite evident that there is a flaw in this product based on the service response. It's a frequent problem, but there's no solution. I would like to have my refrigerator replaced. There seems to be a defect on the outer surface, according to the company. We clean it using a chemical-free method, as recommended. However, this is the outcome. We aim to capture the interest of potential buyers.

We bought a brand new stainless steel (inox) product from Arçelik, and before even reaching the one-year mark, the paint started peeling off. The service team refused to replace it, despite it clearly being a manufacturing defect. Avoid purchasing this type of product from Arçelik to spare yourself the hassle we went through. Arçelik and Beko are the same manufacturer—don't make the same mistake we did.
