I deeply regret purchasing the Arçelik 9100 PM washing machine, as it has caused repeated flooding in my home. Every year, 2-3 incidents occur where my house is drenched in water due to this machine. Despite multiple service calls, the issues persist. The drum seal melts while the machine operates, requiring frequent replacements, only for it to fail again. Additionally, the machine often fails to spin properly, continuously takes in water, and then—yet again—floods my home.
The drum hose frequently detaches, causing water to pour out uncontrollably. When I contacted the service team, they unhelpfully advised me not to overload the machine. When I complied, they countered by saying not to underload it either, as if mocking my predicament. Meanwhile, I have to keep towels ready at all times and monitor the machine throughout its cycle to prevent yet another disaster.
I trusted Arçelik for all my home appliances, but this machine has been a constant source of stress. I demand an immediate replacement for this defective product. Ignoring loyal customers like me is unacceptable for a brand of this reputation.
