The Arçelik 9100 PMG 9 kg 1000 DD model washing machine unfortunately fails to perform even its most basic function. It cannot remove simple stains like sweat or baby food — stains that would come out with just handwashing. Because of this, we’ve called authorized service at least 6-7 times. Following their guidance, we changed the machine’s location, switched detergents, and tried all the recommended settings. Despite trying everything, the result remains the same: the machine does not wash clothes properly. This issue has existed since the day we bought it. The machine hasn’t even completed two years, and for the past year, service has been constantly coming and going. Most recently, service was called again on July 16, 2025. We have all the service reports, SMS records, and the Consumer Arbitration Board's previous rejection (which was denied only because we filed against the seller, not the manufacturer). This product clearly qualifies as a defective good. We expect Arçelik to either replace the machine or refund the current retail value. Otherwise, we will file a complaint with the Consumer Court and begin legal proceedings. We expect a proper resolution from a reputable brand like Arçelik.
