Arby’s Delivery Arrives Late, Cold, and in Damaged Packaging

On March 21, 2026, at around 2:04 PM, I placed an order through Trendyol from the Arby’s location in Kuruçeşme, İzmir for the “Arby’s Trendyol Special Double Menu.” However, the experience I had was far below what I would expect from a brand of this level and felt extremely careless.

Although the order was supposed to come from a nearby branch, it arrived very late, as if it had been sent from the other side of the city, and was handled poorly. When I received it, the bag was torn, and the food was completely cold. It was so cold that I had to reheat it in the microwave just to be able to eat it. This situation clearly violates both hygiene standards and customer satisfaction expectations.

My Trendyol order number is 11067687625. Despite all these issues, my refund request was denied. The delay in delivery, poor packaging, and the fact that the food was not in a consumable condition are all obvious, yet refusing a refund is completely unacceptable.

Being treated this poorly for a service I paid for, and then receiving no form of resolution, reflects serious negligence on the part of both Arby’s and Trendyol. I request that the amount I paid for this order be refunded immediately and that necessary actions be taken against those responsible to prevent such basic failures from happening again.
