I ordered an oven on Trendyol from the seller Newtrendd Bursa, and my order was shipped with Aras Kargo (Delivery No: 9739390862, Cargo No: 5678*******24). Yesterday morning, my package was left with the security guard at Birken Site in Karahasanlı Mahallesi and was not delivered to me directly. The courier from Denkoy said that although the package label showed 10 kg, the system displayed 30 kg, so he refused to bring it to my door. I had to collect the product from security myself. In addition, the package was completely torn, and the top of the oven was badly bent and damaged. When I asked the courier for help during delivery, he rudely replied, “I will not do this for you.” I have had similar problems with Aras Kargo before, and if I had known this courier would be used, I would not have placed the order. I reported the issue to both the Trendyol seller and Aras Kargo, and a complaint was filed, but no solution has been provided yet. The total cost of my order was ₺2,420, which I paid in a single transaction with my credit card. I prefer online shopping so that the product is delivered directly to my door. I request that my complaint be taken seriously so that others do not experience the same issue, and I also expect an apology for the inconvenience I faced.
