My Delivery Was Falsely Marked as Refused by Aras Kargo
To Whom It May Concern at Aras Kargo, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my shipment with tracking number 5631906386386, which was supposed to be delivered on June 16. I placed this order (an electric kettle) through Trendyol on June 13, and as of today, June 20, it has still not been delivered. The package has been sitting at the local distribution branch for four days without any attempt at delivery. Even worse, the courier responsible has entered false information into the system, claiming that “the recipient refused to accept the delivery.” This is a complete lie — the package was never brought to my address, and I was never contacted. For the past three days, I have been calling Aras Kargo customer service. Each time, I am told “we have received your complaint and are working on it,” but nothing has changed. This kind of negligence, misinformation, and irresponsibility damages your company’s reputation and causes serious inconvenience to your customers. This product is urgently needed, and the unnecessary delay is unacceptable. I demand: 1. Immediate delivery of my package without further delay. 2. Disciplinary action against the courier who falsely reported a delivery attempt. 3. An official written explanation from your company regarding this incident. If these actions are not taken promptly, I will not hesitate to escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board and other relevant authorities.
