On July 3, 2025, the Aras Kargo courier delivered a product I ordered via Trendyol but left it at my door without even ringing the bell. He called me on the phone and rudely demanded the delivery code sent to my phone. When I asked where my package was, he snapped, “It’s at your door, I’m telling you to give me the code, I’m busy—don’t you hear me?” I didn’t want to engage with him any further. When I opened the door and saw the box, I checked my messages to provide the code, but I hadn’t received one. I told him the code hadn’t arrived, and he shouted, “Why are you the only one who doesn’t get the code if everyone else does?” I asked him to correct his tone and repeated that I hadn’t received the code. After abruptly hanging up, he rang my doorbell a minute later, stepped one stair into my home, scanned the barcode on the box, and looked at my phone to see if the code had arrived. The moment he scanned the barcode, the code was sent to me. After entering it, he mockingly said, “See how it shows up now, right?” Instead of apologizing for his mistake, he insulted me in front of my children at the door. Even though I reported him to customer service, he still delivers packages to our complex. I believe Aras Kargo headquarters is not taking this matter seriously. With proof in the form of text messages, call records, and footage from the neighbor’s security camera, I will take legal action. This man will not get away with insulting another woman—especially in front of her children—because of his own mistake. I will use every legal right I have, report this everywhere, and pursue the matter in court.
