Aras Kargo Refused to Deliver My Trendyol Order
The order I placed on Trendyol on March 31, 2025, was received by Aras Kargo and attempted to be delivered on April 3, 2025, while I was not at home. The delivery worker persistently asked for the code sent to my phone. Despite telling him that I couldn’t provide the code at that moment because I was driving and unavailable, he insisted that I had to give it. In fact, during a previous order from Trendyol, they had returned the item because I didn’t provide the code, and once again, they left without delivering my package. What I’m curious about is this: if I told them to leave the item and they didn’t, and it was not delivered to me, who will pay the return shipping fee? Trendyol? Aras Kargo? Or the delivery person who argued with me and refused to hand over my package? I want my items delivered to me and I request that this delivery person never comes to my door again.
