Aras Kargo Delayed My Package for a Week and Gave Confusing Updates About Delivery

I have been waiting for a delivery from Aras Kargo for more than a week, and it has been a real pain. When I call to ask, they say the delivery is late and make a request, but I never hear back from them again. When I call them again, they say that my address is not in their service area. That doesn't make sense, since they already took the package. I took the day off work to pick it up myself because I hadn't heard anything new. When I got there, I was told it was ready to be delivered, but it never showed up. They told me the package was at the branch when I called again. This back-and-forth is annoying and needs to stop. They shouldn't be in this business if they can't handle things well.
