I would like to express my concerns about the Soğanlık branch of Aras Kargo. My package never arrived, yet they misleadingly stated three days ago that they had tried to deliver it, claiming no one was at the address. This is absolutely incorrect—I’m currently unable to leave my home due to recovery from surgery and can hardly move around the house with a medical brace on. I didn't receive any calls to check in or provide updates. Even after thoroughly detailing my circumstances, there was no further attempt to deliver, and the package was sent back to Temu without my approval. I truly cannot comprehend how such a disregard for care and responsibility can be deemed acceptable. I was left completely helpless, with no option to pick up the package myself.
